  1. 1 mangkuk nasi.
  2. 1/2 bawang bombay + 1 daun bawang.
  3. 1 bawang putih.
  4. 1 cabe keriting (aslinya pke paprika).
  5. Kol (aslinya pke wortel dan jamur).
  6. Blackpaper.
  7. Kecap.
  8. Saos tomat.
  9. Garam (me pke Masako).
  10. Keju parut (aslinya pke melted cheese).
  11. Sosis/ daging cincang.
  12. 2 sdm butter margarin.
  13. Tambahan : telur dadar tipis.

Omurice (오므라이스) is fried rice wrapped in egg omelette. It's a fusion dish that combines Asian fried rice with Western omelette and ketchup. The dish started in Japan and spread to other Asian. Butter, carrot, celery, cheddar cheese, eggs, garlic, green bell pepper, green chili pepper, ground black pepper, ketchup, onion, red bell pepper, rice, salt, smoked sausage, vegetable oil, white mushrooms.

Cara Memasak Omurice #BikinRamadanBerkesan

  1. Potong semua bahan kecil2.
  2. Lelehkan butter margarin,tumis sosis/daging cincang SD matang,masukkan bawang putih, tunggu wangi,masukkan smua sayuran dan bumbu2,aduk rata.
  3. Masukkan nasi,aduk rata SD bumbu melekat,angkat.
  4. Isi mangkuk dgn 1/2 bagian omurice masukkan keju/melted cheese,ttup lagi dengan omurice as penuh,padatkan.
  5. Balikkan omurice ke piring saji,ttup dgn telur dadar,atau buat hiasan lucu ala bento..
